Hi Everybody,
Just a quick post for now. This morning I have a follow up appointment with the surgeon who operated on my right knee a year ago. When I return, I'll provide an update.
For now, please remember the 1% rule we discussed in class. Huh? Yes, we talked about it for a couple of days. If you do not do a little bit of work every day, you are actually going backwards (regression). If you try to improve one percent (1% or .01 or 1/100) every day, you will make an enormous improvement in 100 days. The concept originated with James Clear in his book "Atomic Habits". Look it up. Sure wish somebody had shown me this when I was your age.
Anyway, I'll return later. Long drive to Palm Springs.
