Thank you for reading and responding. I hope this blog helps you find peace and creates a sense of understanding a very troubled world. If you remember me discussing the importance of studying history, you will remember how we should learn from our successes and failures. The current events, the riots, the space exploration, the war, were also part of my childhood. However, I did not have to deal with the pandemic and the concomitant isolation.
You're the generation that my generation hoped would bring an end to the division of inequality. I know it's complicated for you right now. As you grow, you will meet other people and find an understanding that should bring you peace, as well as a path that will enable you to make change.
Nevertheless, change will be difficult if you are not involved and educated. Certainly you should experience your feelings. You should also examine them. What makes you feel this way? What triggers it? Why do react the way you do? You're the product of your experiences. You're also capable of examining facts, searching for verifiable truth. That's where education is key. Please don't worry about grades. Make the honest effort to learn something, the grades will then follow. You should know that from interacting with Khan Academy. If you honestly worked at it, you know it, and then you can proceed to the next step.
As far as working out is concerned, there are many free YouTube videos you can select and experience at home. I know it's not the same, but it is something and you will feel better. Following that, I'm trying to arrange something that will be safe for everybody. Perhaps an after school program might work.
Remember, you are allowed your feelings. Please don't let them control you. Explore new ideas, and keep the ideas that are effective. Sleep right. Eat right. Work out. Study. Repeat. It's a code you can run, a program for a productive life. Peace be with you. See you tomorrow.
