What's happening? All I hear out there are crickets. I know you're a strong group of people, but I do feel concern. If you don't feel like expressing yourself in the journal, or commenting here, that's ok. As long as you have support from a special group of people then you are on the path to success.
So this is just a small reminder to take care of yourself by eating right, sleeping right, and exercising your mind and body. I'm reading three books right now. Yes, it's slow going, but at least I see progress every day. I'm also using Khan Academy. The stronger your mind, the better your body responds. Just start. Make an effort every day. You'll be glad you did.
